3D Dartmouth Device Development Symposium

Registration Includes:

• Registration fee of $2,850.00 helps to offset Symposium costs and will include lodging for two (2) nights only (Wednesday 9/20 & Thursday 9/21) and group meals at the Woodstock Inn.  
• Additional nights are at the standard rate for the hotel and are not included in the event. 
• Any charges for incidentals, including but not limited to alcohol, newspapers, in-room movies, etc., and additional room nights are your responsibility.

Government Registration Includes:

• Registration fee of $408.00 helps to offset Symposium costs and will include lodging for two (2) nights only (Wednesday 9/20 & Thursday 9/21) and group meals at the Woodstock Inn, Woodstock, VT. 
• Additional nights are at the standard rate for the hotel and are not included in the event. 
• Any charges for incidentals, including but not limited to alcohol, newspapers, in-room movies, etc., and additional room nights are your responsibility.

        NOTE:  Your spot is not confirmed until payment is received

Additional information regarding your stay:

• Meeting attire is business casual. The meeting room is kept cool, dress accordingly.
• Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.
• Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. (please keep this in mind for Friday morning, as 3D2023 does not adjourn until noon). The Woodstock Inn will have space available for you to store your belongings.
• There are no group functions planned for Wednesday evening.
