Attendee/Faculty Registration:

Registration Fee $2,850.00 USD

• Lodging for two (2) nights only (Wednesday, 9/24 & Thursday, 9/25)

• Symposium Meals at the Woodstock Inn.

         Additional nights are at the hotel's standard rate and are not included in the event. 

       Any charges for incidentals, including but not limited to alcohol, newspapers, in-room movies, etc.,
       are not the responsibility of the 3D Symposium

 

Government Registration:

Registration Fee $425.00 USD

• 3D will reserve Lodging for two (2) nights only 
  (Wednesday, 9/24 & Thursday, 9/25)
  Government Employees will pay the Government Rate at check-out
   

• 3D Symposium Provides the following Meals at the Woodstock Inn.
  (Thursday, breakfast, lunch & dinner - Friday, breakfast & lunch)

• Meeting attire is business casual.

• The meeting room is kept cool; please dress accordingly.

• Woodstock Inn Check-in 4:00p EDT  /  Check-out 11:00a EDT.
  The Woodstock Inn will have space available for you to store your belongings.
